On Wednesday, March 23rd, after a couple weeks of near-Spring-like weather, the skies in Green Bay opened up and unleashed a deluge of 17+ inches of snow. Where there was once bulbs sprouting and grass greening, now there is a heavy, wet blanket of suck.
